NGC 1365 Great Barred Galaxy Photographic Print
Proudly 100% Imaged, processed, framed, printed and packaged by myself.
NGC 1365 Is a magnificent barred spiral galaxy located in the constellation of Fornax. At a distance of approximately 56 million light-years from Earth, NGC 1365 has a diameter of about 200,000 light-years, making it one of the largest galaxies in our cosmic neighbourhood.
Photographed in January 2021 using my Edge HD telescope with a 0.7 reducer and dedicated colour CMOS camera.
Specifications
Pictured here is the (A2 Framed Print), the external frame size is 620mm x 446mm with an image size of 500mm x 330mm approximately.
The A3 framed print has an external frame size of 446mm x 323mm with an image size of 350mm x 232mm approximately.
A2 Rolled print: Printed image size = (505mm x 335mm) Blank white canvas area (594mm x 420mm)
A3 Rolled print: Printed image size = (355mm x 236mm) Blank white canvas area (420mm x 297mm)
These frames are made from Australian, Tasmanian Oak 19mm wide x 42mm deep. The frames are all hand made by myself and have biscuit joint corners for additional strength. They are all natural timber with a clear varnish. The picture frames have 3mm acrylic glass for transport and a 3mm MDF backing board with 5mm foam core board behind print and matt board.
The prints are printed on gallery grade paper by an Epson SC-P906 fine art inkjet printer.
Framed prints are packaged in a 7mm heavy duty cardboard mailer style box. Rolled prints are packaged in a heavy duty 2.4mm thick 90mm postal tube.
Signature will appear bottom right of print, but no copyright symbol will be applied to final print product.
