NGC 4594 Sombrero Galaxy
NGC 4594
Aka the Sombrero Galaxy, is a stunning celestial galaxy. Located approximately 28 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo, this remarkable galaxy shares a resemblance to a sombrero hat. With a prominent central bulge and a thin disk of stars, the Sombrero Galaxy stands out for its distinct appearance. Its dusty disk masks an active galactic nucleus. It appears to us as an edge on galaxy.
